Orderry Review: The Lowest Sticker Price, and What It Leaves Out

Orderry has the lowest sticker price we found: $39 a month for two employees and 100 work orders, with a team app on iOS and Android and automatic feedback requests on every plan. A mobile mechanic needs Startup at $69 for online booking and VIN lookup, pays a separate SMS gateway for every text, and finds no routing, offline mode or per-van stock named on its site.

Ranked 4 of 7; Mobile Service Sync scores 100.0. Best for: A small repair business on a tight budget that can run without routing.

What Orderry Costs a Mobile Mechanic

Hobby is $39 a month for two employees and 100 work orders a month. Startup is $69 for three employees, Business $99 and Enterprise $199, adding employees at $6, $9 or $19 a month. Paying a year ahead takes 10% off.

Startup is the plan a mobile mechanic would run, because online booking and VIN lookup begin there. Five people on Startup cost $81 a month. Texts are billed by your own Twilio or other SMS gateway, so that part of the bill never appears on Orderry's page.

There is no contract and a 7-day trial with no card. Orderry and Mobile Service Sync are the only two products here that combine a published price, no contract and a trial without a card.

What It Leaves Out Once You Are in a Van

The team app is on iOS and Android on every plan, and its App Store text now speaks to field workers and mobile teams. A feedback request goes out on its own when a job reaches a set status, on every plan.

Its own comparison page lists a map view as coming soon and names no routing. Neither the app listing nor the help center says anything about working offline, and stock is counted per warehouse, with nothing per van.

Organization profiles carry individual discounts, but no net terms or PO numbers are stated, and booking blocks a slot once it is taken, without any service area.

If You Are Weighing a Switch

Orderry costs less than Mobile Service Sync at every crew size on sticker price, so the case for moving rests on what that price leaves out: one-click routing, an app that keeps working with no signal, stock per van, a service area on bookings, and two-way texting included rather than billed by a gateway. Orderry has no contract, so there is no term to wait out.

What to move, and in what order, is in the Switching Guide. Mobile Service Sync keeps its own side by side at Mobile Service Sync vs Orderry.
